Dr. Chase Kornegay, Owner and Medical Director of Elevated Medical Beauty, is a Board-certified anesthesiologist licensed in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas., He earned his medical degree and completed anesthesiology residency at the University of Oklahoma. He is also a master injector trained by Allergan, Galderma, and Revance. Dr. Kornegay specializes in advanced aesthetic procedures, hormone therapy, peptide and pain treatments, providing expert, personalized care to help patients achieve their wellness and beauty goals.

Dr. Steve Bass is a double board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Addiction Medicine. He runs a private anesthesia practice serving plastic and cosmetic surgeons in Scottsdale/Phoenix and co-owns a ketamine clinic focused on mental health. He earned his medical degree from LSU, completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Oklahoma, and his Addiction Medicine fellowship at HonorHealth in Scottsdale.
